My xmas experience at the hotel was great. The breakfast was a good start, with fresh bread, cheese, and coffee. The warm welcome of the staff showed they truly care about their guests. The location was perfect, not too far from the old center and easy to reach by taxi. the room was cozy and offered a nice view of the city.
Finding the hotel was a bit challenging as it had different addresses on different apps, making it hard for taxi drivers to locate it. Another thing to note was the slight smell in the bathroom that lingered even after we left.

The hotel is easy to reach on foot from the old city center. Reception staff are friendly and quick to sort out any problems, such as moving us to a better room. Rooms are affordable, but still feature nice details, such as good quality bedding and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is included in the stay and offers a good variety of foods to suit different tastes.
Some guests experienced difficulty finding the hotel due to discrepancies between google and yandex maps.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic. the price was very affordable and we got a free breakfast with our stay which was a nice bonus. We found it easy to walk to the old centre which was a great location.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They quickly resolved any issues, and even moved me to a better room when needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making my stay very comfortable. the location was convenient as I was able to easily explore the city on foot. The free breakfast they offered consisted of a varied selection of tasty items, including cheese, bread, coffee, and cold-cuts.
Nothing it was perfect.
